I need a vacation. For real.
For all the Colourdots brides, I know you've heard this before. But man, I've never been so tired in my life! December was a crazy period for us and so was January. Out of the blue, Liz (my wife) and I decided to get away during the CNY for a short holiday. Just to recharge before the next mad rush. But it was not to be. Every flight (to popular hol destination that is) out seems to be fully booked. Sigh...
Anyway, congrats to Jo and Geoff, who're now eagerly anticipating the album. Thanks Desiree (my assistant), for capturing the beautiful image above. You're really talented, and I do wish to see you bloom to a talented, full-fledge wedding photographer with us.
It's amazing how at the start of every single wedding, we seemed to forget our weariness and get rubbed off with the celebration mood in the air - the love, laughter and smiles - the positive energy is so invigorating!
Lots of stuff from the series to share. But even more 'lots of stuff' to do on the job list. Without the wedding day energy to ride on, I'm beginning to see myself as slowly deflating balloon. Sigh... I need a vacation...
