A Fairy Wedding

Every now and then comes along a courageous bride to be who dares and wants to be different. Suling and JK knew exactly what they wanted when they decided to hold their wedding at Changi Fairy Point. But what's even cooler about them was how they made the wedding so special by doing up most of the stuff by themselves. From decorating the floral arch to improvising their own ring 'pillow' with seashells and sand. The list was a long one. It's especially admirable because of their tight schedule at work.

When the day drew closer, I also see my faith being renewed. I've started praying and talking to God again. It was raining everyday of the week. Even on the morning of the wedding, the sky looked gloomy with the ominous-looking clouds. But by the time the preparation began, the weather looked spectacular.

The highlight could have been the nice weather, or the deco done up by the couple and their tireless friends. But for me, it was the love that was prevalent in the air, allowing me to perform at my best, given my emotive approach to wedding photography. There was just so much love and touching moments, that I had to keep reminding myself not to be carried away and concentrating on best immortalizing these magical fleeting moments.

I did a slideshow of the lovely wedding here.

I'm really privileged to be part of such a lovely event.
